On the 18th September our very own Paul Canoville will be making a special appearance at Bath Road Beers to meet fans, share his remarkable story, and celebrate the spirit of football.

Paul ‘Canners’ Canoville is best known for breaking barriers as the first Black player to sign for Chelsea FC in 1981, paving the way for diversity and inclusion in professional football. His remarkable journey, both on and off the pitch, has been an inspiration to football enthusiasts and individuals worldwide.

During the event, fans and attendees will have the unique opportunity to meet Paul Canoville, hear captivating anecdotes from his illustrious football career, and participate in a Q&A session. In addition, there will be photo opportunities and autograph signings, creating cherished memories for supporters and admirers.
